9. Each year, 500,000 people will die from breast cancer (also according to the WHO). This site will offer support to those facing death or the death of a loved one.
8. 12.28% of women born today will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in their lifetime. This number can also be expressed as 1 in 8 women. This site will be a place of solace for the women who find themselves on the wrong side of those statistics.

6. Since it’s inception, Discussing Breast Cancer has been a place for survivors, their friends and family members to turn for information that will empower them to navigate through the storm they may find themselves in before, during or after a breast cancer diagnosis.

I found your website via google search engine. I think it is a great resource. My mother had cancer and I’m a strong advocate of fighting cancer.
